The sire line
Diatonic won ten races from 1200m to 1600m, including the Group 2 Hanshin Cup, two Swan Stakes and the Group 3 Hakodate Sprint Stakes. As a son of Lord Kanaloa, he introduces an elite Japanese speed line at the beginning of its Australian story.
The dam
Fortune Seeker won three races in succession over 1200m and 1400m. Her dam No Looking Back won at two, took the Listed Carrington Stakes and was runner-up in both the Group 1 Blue Diamond and Magic Millions 2YO Classic.
The family
This is a family that repeatedly produces speed and precocity. No Looking Back has produced Group 2 winner Comrade Rosa, while third dam Mirror Mirror won the Magic Millions 2YO Classic and Listed Gimcrack Stakes.
