Horses are sourced from the major sales around Australia. Each horse is independently inspected and vetted to withstand the rigors of racing. 

Thoroughbred Solutions is a Authorised Representative of Stable Connect. Each horse on offer has a PDS and all moneys are held in trust until the horse is fully subscribed then paid direct to the sales company. 

Racing Australia only allows 20 names as registered owners. These can comprise of individuals or registered syndicates. To guarantee your name a min 5% needs to be purchased. 2% share ownership will be accommodated, these will go into a group syndicate managed by Thoroughbred Solutions.

No, you own the 5% share as a re-salable asset. You can offer the share to be sold at any stage. That being said Thoroughbred Solutions will not be obliged to sell the share on your behalf. Purchase of a share should be perceived as a long-term investment. Inglis and Magic Millions hold on-line auctions for shares in horses if owners are requiring to dispose of their share. Any outstanding balances on your account will be offset against the amount. 

Monthly costs are variable. The first 12 month around $100 per month per 2% share. When the horse is racing approx $125-$150 per month for all costs

Licensed promoters include a management fee in the PDS for the day-to-day management of your horse.

The management of your horse is provided by promoters who have extensive experience in the industry. The management fee is for services provided by the promoter above those of the trainer. We are on call 24/7 and no owner is too big or small. We also provide weekly newsletters providing selections for the weekends racing as well as a porthole to promote your own business amongst other members. Included in this fee owners will receive at least one video report per week as well as pre-race and post race analysis. A member of the Thoroughbred Solution team will attend most race meetings to  make you feel comfortable at the races. The management fee is incorporated in the above monthly estimate.

You are contractually obligated to meet your percentage expenses incurred by your horse through the horses career. We require these costs to be paid on a monthly basis and reserve the right to charge 1.5% interest on outstanding balances over 60 days.
