Our star purchase for 2025, a filly by Arrowfield stallion Maurice (JPN) out of Notre Dame. Maurice is touted as the best Japanese stallion to stand outside of Japan and has sired 6 Group 1 winners in Australia, including triple classic winner Hitotsu and star sprinter Mazu. This stallion is proven in Classic races over all distances, whose yearlings have reached over $600,000 at the sales.

Dam Notre Dame is by proven broodmare sire Exceed and Excel and has already thrown Le Parrain, who now races as Sparkling Fellow in Hong Kong. 

Grand-dam Divine Madonna needs no introduction, she was one of the best horses our trainer, Mark Kavanagh has trained and she was a sensation from 1000m-1600m, and a four-time Group 1 winner. 

Dam Notre Dam's half-brother is Tentyris, winner of the Listed Talindert and runner-up in last months Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes.

Our filly is an early foal and already well grown and we plan on breaking her in shortly so she is well educated to tackle the big two year old features, like Tentyris, next year. We expect this filly to sprint as a two-year-old and be a Classic Guineas contender as a Spring 3yo, that's our aim.

The residual value she holds after racing would far surpass her purchase price, that is the massive benefit with purchasing fillies, you have a great chance of making money on retirement especially with a pedigree.

We are offering shares in her from $4000 (inc GST) with all costs paid until 30/6/25 - including purchase price, insurance and life saving surgery, breaking-in, transport, training etc.
